Kim Vopni

I’ve combined everything I’ve learned in from my own pregnancies and births (and menopause) and coupled it with all I have learned in the last decade of helping women and created online pelvic floor exercise programs as well as online coaching options for women in pregnancy, motherhood and menopause.

I hold a BA in Psychology and a Post Graduate Diploma in Health and Fitness. I am a Restorative Exercise Specialist™, a Certified Personal Trainer, a Certified Pre/Post Natal Fitness Consultant, a Certified Pfilates (not a typo) Instructor and a Hypopressive Method trainer.  I am also currently completing my Menopause Support Practitioner Certification.
